A Crowd-Pleaser
Ideal as a side for your Christmas feast or for using up turkey trimmings, these stuffing balls are packed with flavour and easy to make in advance.
Ingredients:

200g cooked Moorgate turkey, finely chopped

250g sausage meat

100g breadcrumbs

1 small onion, grated

1 apple, peeled and grated

A few sage leaves, chopped

Salt & pepper

1 egg, beaten
