A Crowd-Pleaser

Ideal as a side for your Christmas feast or for using up turkey trimmings, these stuffing balls are packed with flavour and easy to make in advance.

Ingredients:

  • 200g cooked Moorgate turkey, finely chopped

  • 250g sausage meat

  • 100g breadcrumbs

  • 1 small onion, grated

  • 1 apple, peeled and grated

  • A few sage leaves, chopped

  • Salt & pepper

  • 1 egg, beaten
