Chris & Jenny make their Oil on the family farm using oilseed rape grown as part of their arable production. After harvest each July the oilseed is crushed (cold-press method) and left to settle for around 6 weeks before bottling. Nothing else is added at all. The 'meal' leftover from crushing is fed to their sheep and pigs on the farm, so everything from the process is used. They also infuse lemon zest into the Oil to make a Lemon-Infused option, and infuse chilli extract and chilli flakes to make a Chilli-Infused version.
