Two Hoots award-winning cheese using pasteurised Channel Island milk. An ammonite shaped round matured for five to six weeks. It has a rich blue taste, smooth buttery texture with blue-green veining, a sweet flavour with a savoury note which gives a melt in the mouth flavour, without the harshness associated with some blue cheese.
