Ingredients
200g or 12 Large Prawns
200g Pasta
350ml Whole Milk
2 Cloves Smoked Chopped Garlic
25g Butter
1 Large Tomato or 200g Cherry Tomatoes
2 tbsp freshly chopped Parsley
3 tbsp Lemon flavoured Rapeseed Oil
1 heaped tsp Cornflour
Freshly Milled Sea Salt & Black Pepper
Method
Remove the heads & Peel the prawns,
Cook pasta to packet instructions
While pasta is cooking, heat oil in flat pan, add tomatoes and garlic, sauté until just soft, take off heat.
Put corn flour in a small bowl and add a little cold water to mix to a smooth paste, add milk to tomato and garlic mixture and bring to almost simmering, slowly add cornflour mixture stirring constantly.
Add parsley, prawns and salt & pepper, simmer for 3-4 mins.
